We reserve the right to refuse service and sales to any individual, company or otherwise at our own discretion.

Refund Policy

We do not provide “change of mind” refunds or refunds under any other circumstances after a purchase has been completed that are not covered by Australian Consumer Law. We will provide a refund if a product is not what was ordered, faulty, or significantly damaged upon receipt. Refund requests require sufficient evidence of the previous conditions so that the refund request may be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us as soon as you are made aware that there is an issue with your order. Refund requests or missing item requests that are over 2 months old will not be refunded. We aim to move as quickly and transparently as possible when shipping online orders, providing order confirmation and tracking, and expect this same courtesy from the customer if an issue has arisen.

Minor damage on sealed products such as imperfect corners or shrink wrapping does not warrant a refund. Please be aware that Australia Post does not have a fragile shipping service, and so your products may not be received in mint condition, regardless of how well we pack the order (and we always try our best!). On top of this, most TCG (Trading Card Game) products are packed in cardboard that is easy to dent or tear, and the factory cases they come in don't have any padding, so products like booster boxes often have minor damage before we've even received them.

As a result, we do not recommend that you get your order shipped if you are buying for a sealed TCG collection and are not okay with torn shrinkwrap or a damaged outer box, as we will not refund if the cards themselves are not damaged. 

If approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
