Shipping policy

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PREORDERS:

Orders placed with preorder and non-preorder items will only be shipped once all preorder items have become available. If you wish to have the non-preorder items shipped immediately, please place two separate orders.

If you would like to cancel a preorder, please send an email immediately to info@firstgames.com.au or reply to your order confirmation email.

We offer $14 flat rate tracked shipping on most items. Extra large or very heavy items may incur an increased flat rate shipping charge of $25 instead.

*Spending $250 or more for free shipping only applies to items that are not in this extra large/heavy category.

We currently ship our orders through Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number with every order once we have packaged your order.

As a backup, we may also send parcels through Sendle couriers when necessary. 

We do not offer express shipping at this time. We also do not offer international shipping at this time.

For customers in or near Sydney, we also offer a free in store pickup option for any online orders, including preorders.

Shipping and order processing times may vary. Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Depending on your location within Australia, shipping may take 2-6 working days for your order to arrive, after your order has been dispatched.  

Our shipping provider, fees, and promotional offers may change at any time.

Please be aware that Australia Post does not have a fragile shipping service, and so your products may not be received in mint condition, regardless of how well we pack the order (and we always try our best!). On top of this, most TCG (Trading Card Game) products are packed in cardboard that is easy to dent or tear, and the factory cases they come in don't have any padding, so products like booster boxes often have minor damage before we've even received them.

As a result, we do not recommend that you get your order shipped if you are buying for a sealed TCG collection and are not okay with torn shrinkwrap or a damaged outer box, as we will not refund if the cards themselves are not damaged.
